Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Information

  • We primarily ship using DHL unless otherwise specified.
  • We cover the cost of standard shipping within Germany and Poland.
  • For international orders outside Germany and Poland, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 weeks. Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • We ship all orders from Berlin, Germany.
  • We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred for international shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade and custom nature of our bonnets and hats, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed defective.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with DHL.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
